Delivery Notes

Renting with us is easy! Here's everything you need to know.
All floral arch rentals include local delivery. This includes transport, setup, and breakdown before 9pm on the day of the event. Our staff arrives on the day of your event with all materials to setup the completed floral arch with weights at the base for extra sturdiness. This should be noted that this pricing is for one setup only, and Bloom Everlasting will charge a separate fee for moving any arches from a ceremony to reception space. Pickup is included in the pricing for same day before 9pm. If your event runs later than 9pm, a separate fee will incur per hour. When you decide on the floral arch you would like to rent, simply choose your delivery date on the product page after you have contacted us for our availability. Then at checkout, fill out your VENUE NAME AND ADDRESS RENTAL TIMEFRAME CONTACT EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER This ensures the best form of communication so that we can safely and securely deliver your arch in a timely fashion on your event date.

Frequently Asked Questions

You are able to add an additional color to the existing floral arch for an additional charge. This can be added by clicking "Add an Additional Color to your Arch" an choosing the color. Don't see what you're looking for? Just email us at rentals@bloom-everlasting.com for something more specific. Flowers are not able to be taken out of any of the existing arches.
We do offer customizable payment plans if you choose not to pay in full up front. Email us at rentals@bloom-everlasting.com and ask us for options. Your rental and delivery must be paid in full 30 days before the event.
Yes! On your event date, you can expect a delivery at your rental time about 30 minutes before your rental time that you have chosen at checkout. This includes assembly and placement of the floral arch, as well as breakdown and pickup at the end of the event. Please see our terms and conditions for pickups after 9pm.
